- ăHigh Heat Resistance up to 214°Că With a heat deflection temperature of 214°C, PA6-GF stands out for stable performance under continuous high temperatures, outperforming standard PA6 filaments but with a slightly lower stiffness compared to PA6-CF.
- ăSuperior Impact Resistance & Wear Performanceă Compared to PA6-CF, PA6-GF offers better impact resistance and less brittleness, making it suitable for applications with frequent mechanical shocks and abrasion, such as gears, bushings, and mechanical housings.
- ăOptimized Printing Settingsă Print this nylon carbon fiber filament at a nozzle temperature of 270-290°C, bed temperature of 50-70°C, and speed of 50-120mm/s. For maximum performance, anneal printed parts at 80-130°C for 5-12 hours. Works best with hardened steel nozzles to prevent abrasion.
